Meander Falls Overnight Walk

Ben and I took an opportunity to meet some new people from a forum and do a walk around the Meander Falls area.

We had a grand plan that didn't eventuate because Parks had closed the track down that we wanted to do so simply decided to walk into the Falls for a nice easy overnight trip.

We met our new friends at the carpark and off we went.

We arrived at the Falls quite early but set up camp anyway and spent a nice relaxing night around camp.

The next morning after grabbing some pics we walked back out and had a look at the Huntsman Hideaway Hut at the car park.

It was a nice little walk and nice to meet some new people.

Hobart Long Weekend

Another Long Weekend and another weekend in Hobart!

I wont bother with too many words, just pics of this trip but obviously it had Shopping, Markets, Beach and Sarah had a friend with her :)

Mathinna Xmas/New Year

So our usual Mathinna end of year camping trip was a little different this year. With the rest of the Family in NSW for Xmas I went down on my own ;)

And because of this I didn't really get a lot of pics but it was a relaxing few days with friends as usual. I took the Dmax home and Ben and I did the Three capes walk and then Ben came back to camp for a days.

Polly got bashed up by another dog so I left her at home when I took the Dmax back home.

Ben was happy to tow the camper home...I was nervous ;)
