A Day in the Snow

We were supposed to go to our local ski resort this winter but this is the closest we got to it!

We drove up the road from home to the top of the Great Western Tiers.

Dads advice is it is OK to eat snow, just not yellow snow :)

And after a fun few hours we headed off the mountain back home

Must have been hard work!

June Long Weekend Caves and Leven Canyon

It was a nice drive over to the Caves or Gunns Plains adventure cave as they call it.

It wasnt much of a wait for the guided tour and off we went down into the magnificent cave.

After the cave we went back to camp had a good nights sleep and packed up the next morning to another beautiful day and went for a look at Leven Canyon on the way home.

Yep nearly 700 steps....we chose to go down them not up!

Leven Canyon was spectacular but tiring! After this we headed home after a great long weekend.
