Day 24 DARWIN Tassie to Darwin

One thing we all wanted to see was a salt water crocodile! So even though we were going to Kakadu we thought just incase we dont see one we should go to Crocosaurus Cove for a look.

And that is exactly what we did.

Pretty much as soon as we got there they were doing the photo sessions with the baby croc so we sent Sarah in and grabbed a few pics. :)

They have a great little reptile section where you can handle the reptiles if thats your thing. Which everyone loved except me, im not really keen on playing with snakes LOL

Later in the day we went back to the reptile display to play with some more snakes and watch some of the lizards being fed.

We then went to the fish feeding show, which wasnt much to be honest!

But the croc feeding was pretty good :) This is Bert, he was in Crocodile Dundee.

You can get in the 'cage of death' and go under water while they feed the crocs and you get your photo taken.

And just some croc pics in general.

They have a machine where they simulate the bite force of a croc by crushing a block of ice LOL

Then we had a Turtle talk.

We watched a snake being fed a rat!

And then fed some crocs ourselves....or went croc fishing as they called it!

Crocosaurus was a great day out, well worth the money I thought.

We had a walk around the CBD and grabbed some Subway as a very late lunch and then looked at some shops for a bit of a look around.

Back to camp where the peacocks were wandering around and spent the rest of the day swimming.

Adam was quite ill this night as well. Oh and Big Brother just started so of course the BB addicts watched that!

The sunset tonight was spectacular, its a shame we were in the Caravan park.

And that was the end of another day in Paradise ;)
